One of such beautiful container buildings is The Moderne Sales Centre in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
This amazingly innovative container building is a temporary building located on the Park East Corridor. The current smaller Moderne Sales Centre actually marks the spot of the main building 30 storey itself when construction starts.
To build the temporary structure, 5 recycled shipping containers were used. The first 4 were joined together to make the main office and room vignettes while the fifth container was positioned on top of the joined 4 containers and is fitted with “The Moderne” signage.
Bottom line, the last container acts as a billboard to advertise the structure/building.
The room vignettes were meant to help prospects and potential buyers or renters experience the ambience or get the taste of what the interior of the building will look like after the main building is completed.
